About me
I am your typical or not so typical struggling artist. I started in 1971 taking tole painting classes, went on to sculpture classes with a dear friend who is a well known sculpturer, continued taking various classes in watercolor, oils, acrylics, etc. Then I started painting on 9mm Italian charm links. That I had to do under a magnifying lamp PLUS use my readers. I loved that tiny work and could do it 24-7. I no longer do my art that tiny for it hurt my eyes, but I do love painting on just a tad larger on pendants. These I sell to many people. Even people I meet on the streets if they see one I am wearing and request a certain pet. I dabble in making all kinds of altered art jewelery which is a lot of fun.
Art of all kinds, fascinates me to no end. My brother is an oil painting artist in the Philadelphia area. He is a man of many talents, in painting and music. He is my mentor.
I live in NJ and Florida, mostly in Florida now.
I still have most of my family in NJ so I do keep a residence there for that.
