Cancellation and return policy
Items ship from Japan by the "REGISTERED" small packet.
For registered mail, a receipt is issued upon submission of the mail to the post office.
This service also requires the addressee to sign a receipt upon delivery.
In the event that registered mail is lost or damaged, you may claim compensation in an amount not exceeding 40 Euro.
All sales are final. Items cannot be returned. If you need more information, please send me a message. I can add more descriptions or send the photograph.
