Cancellation and return policy
If you, for any reason, like to return any of your Arctida items this is fine with me as long as it's happens within 7 days after receiving the item. I will refund your money (minus all shipping) after the item has been returned to me.
Postage and payment policy
Payment can be done by PayPal. Please notice! You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order through PayPal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a PayPal account.
Within the EU you can also pay by direct bank transfer (I will send you the BIC and IBAN code, so you don't have to pay for an international bank transfer).
In case of any custom fees, duties or taxes they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
When payment is received I'll ship your order within two business days. All shipping is first class airmail and will take about 3-14 business days. Everything will be safely packaged in a padded envelope. I bubble wrap the items themselves as well for additional safety.
